About

I graduated in Law  (Italy) defending a Thesis on the European anti- discrimination Legislation in the Enlarged Europe and I was admitted to the Italian Bar after the two- year legal training focused on anti-discrimination law, migration law and criminal law.
Since 2006 I am active at the University Statale in Milano- Department of Sociology of Law. The focus of my research is the impact of the  EU anti-discrimination policy towards the Roma young people in Italy and in Germany.
In the academic year 2008-2009,  I was Marie Curie Visiting Fellow at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict  of the Ruhr Universitaet in Bochum. I then spent several research periods in Berlin and Freiburg im Breisgau.
