About
Paolo Valore works on themes related to general ontology and ontological imports of formal theories. He worked also on twentieth century philosophy, especially in relation to the main themes of realism and to the refounding of a transcendental perspective. His current research is devoted mainly to mereological issues, to questions regarding the ontological status of concrete entities, and to the theory of
truth He is also interested in projects about artificial and auxiliary languages. A full list of publications is attached in the section "Papers".
CURRENT OCCUPATION
Paolo Valore is Permanent Researcher and Assistant Professor at the Philosophy Department of the University of Milan. He teaches History of Contemporary Metaphysics at the Graduate School at the University of Milan and Theoretical Philosophy (for engineering undergraduates) at the University Politecnico of Milan.
